About Us

Any Problem is located near Billericay, Essex and was formed by John Livesey, a degree-educated Microsoft Certified Computer Consultant with 15 years experience.

Any Problem aims to offer a friendly, professional but value for money in home/office service to the people of Essex. We have experience with working for large blue-chip corporations in London and the rest of England.

Customer satisifaction is our main goal and, unlike other companies, we will not be happy until you are happy. All work is guaranteed for a short period after leaving the site. If, for whatever reason, the problem reappears during this time we will revisit free-of-charge.

Hours of business
Our office hours are 8am to 8pm, Mon - Fri or 10am to 5pm on Sat - Sun.

An answering service operates outside these hours, leave a message with out friendly receptionist and we'll call you back as soon as we can. We will endeavour to visit your property the same day of the call but depending on our schedule we can't always promise this.

Evenings and weekends are popular times for home visits but we'll do our best to accomodate you. We do also offer a cheaper remote desktop service too.

No fix/no fee
We also offer a no-fix/no-fee policy which means exactly that. If we can't fix your problem after the intial consultation then we won't charge you a penny! Terms and Conditions apply, only valid with non-hardware related call-outs.
