Call Out Charges There are no call-out charges for customers within a 10-mile radius of the Any Problem office. Call-outs outside this radius vary on distance. Our engineer will be happy to quote before any appointment is booked.   Labour Charges It's £20.00 for the first half-hour and then £10.00 per quarter-hour after that, up to a maximum of £80.00, regardless of how long the job takes us! We may have to take your computer away to complete the job but you'll have the piece of mind that your final bill will be no more than £80.00 plus parts (where applicable). This does not apply to Fixed Fee services.

Fixed Fee Services

We offer a number of fixed fee services, which give you a piece of mind when booking a job. The price we quote, is the price you'll pay. No more, no less. Click here for a list of these services.

We want you to feel as though you're getting good value for money when you choose Any Problem. Our engineers will work as quickly and as efficiently as possible. We will not run the clock down, unlike other businesses. We want your repeat business and know that good relationships are built on trust and giving customers value for money.

No Fix - No Fee

We are happy to offer a No Fix - No Fee service for all software, operating system or virus removal services. Call outs for hardware related problems, such as: faulty base-units, screens, printers, keyboards, mice, routers, etc will attract the usual labour rates if the problem is diagnosed.

We want you to be totally happy with the pricing and will consult with you before starting any work. We will give you a rough estimate of how much the job will cost you and only when you are 100% happy will work commence.

Payment Options

Currently we can only accept payment by cash or personal cheque (accompanied by a valid cheque guarantee card).

We can offer business customers a monthly maintenance scheme starting from just £50.00 per month. Please contact us for more information about this cost-effective option.

Discounts

We are happy to offer a 10% discount to students, silver surfers (OAPs) and key-workers (such as nurses, police, etc). We will need to see valid ID before commencing the job.
