Virus/Spyware removal
Unless your PC is adequately protected with an up-to-date virus scanner and firewall system there is a strong chance that you will have a virus or other malware on your PC. If you think your machine is running slowly or is rebooting randomly then you need some help! We can remove the virus/spyware from you PC and get you back up in running in next to no time. Wireless network installation
Having a wireless network at home is very convenient. It makes it easy to share an Internet connection and allows you to surf from the comfort of your armchair or bed. Despite what the high street computer shop salesman may tell you, it's not always that easy to set the wireless network up correctly. There's a risk that you can leave yourself and your computers exposed to hackers and your personal data could be compromised. This is where we come in! For a fixed fee cost we will come in and set up all your computers to access the wireless network safely and securely. We'll also install a firewall and anti-virus product to safeguard against any attacks.

For a fixed-fee I can come in and set up your Broadband connection correctly. For no extra charge I will also install a firewall and anti-virus software to ensure your computer stays clean whilst you're enjoying your new, fast internet connection.

Operating System reinstallations/repairs
Sadly there comes a time when your PC just won't work at all. What we can do is back up your old data and reinstall Windows so that your machine is good as new! This is a fixed-fee service and we think you'll find the price very reasonable as it can take up to three hours to complete the process. Your PC will run a lot faster too!

Gadget installation
We've all been there... bought a new "toy" from the local electrical shop, used it and then tried to connect it to the computer to download the data from it. It won't work!! Don't worry you're not alone and it's not always that easy! For a low fixed-fee we will come to you, set up your latest gadget and make sure you're happy with its operation before we leave. It really is worth calling usout rather than wasting hours frustrating yourself!
